Good torrent quality, but terrible show. I hate how deceptive it is in regards to the timeframe supposedly being viewed. In a recent article, one of the contestants revealed that often each episode was a few weeks between each one rather than a mere week being portrayed on television.

There are also a number of reports of contestants being injured during filming and having ongoing physical problems afterwards.

I wouldn't dream of following the weightloss program on this show, my stationary bike, hand weights, and a good diet are working well enough for me without killing myself.
