isp scaremongering fuck them for another isp...most service providers dont seem to care and the more people that leave the one that do they will loose so many customers they wont be a round for long,lots of isp's are starting to throle back speed for torrents to near pointless speeds during the day rather than stupid emails,besides loads of ways to hide what u r doing using pay for vpn's and if it all gets that bad fuckit theres always usenet!!! peace!!!
