At all times the guards outnumbered the prisoners and, because some political prisoners were also held there they were *very* strictly monitored. This is a truly great, black and white, WW2, prisoner-of-war escape film. I was quite inspired by it way back in jr. high school when I first read the novel! It's a pretty good quality DVDrip. I hope you enjoy the suspense and action as much as I do. ;-)
