The Common Book of Witchcraft and Wicca is a compendium of copyright-free materials dealing with Wicca and Witchcraft. All the materials within it may be freely shared without the need for any further permission. These materials have been created for the world, and are explicitly intended to be shared. Why? Because we believe that sharing knowledge can create a better world. In recent years, copyright issues have at times created “unintended consequences” of several much-beloved Wiccan faith practices and rituals being limited for use by the publishers or estates of their original authors. In this volume we've reached out to the community for materials that their authors are willing to issue as Creative Commons works, producing a work that can be used, shared, and adapted over the years.
