Just one defect in this rip, that's subtitle which does not match with audio !!!. Here the sub which accurately sync with audio in many rips.

The movie is a really a good A+ horror. A true story is the scariest part. Watched on loud and some scenes are Very freaky, especially the sound effects and volume. I recommend it to horror movie lovers.
