PLOT

A TV adaptation of the classic Alexandre Dumas novel. Edmond Dantes is
falsely accused by those jealous of his good fortune, and is sentenced to
spend the rest of his life in the notorious island prison, Chateau d'If
While imprisoned, he meets the Abbe Faria, a fellow prisoner whom everyone
believes to be mad. The Abbe tells Edmond of a fantastic treasure hidden
away on a tiny island, that only he knows the location of. After many years
in prison, the old Abbe dies, and Edmond escapes disguised as the dead body
Now free, Edmond must find the treasure the Abbe told him of, so he can use
the new-found wealth to exact revenge on those who have wronged him

I don't know what you people expect, it's a movie from 1975, of course it's going to be VHS quality. Just because it says "DVDrip" does not mean that the movie was originally released on DVD. DVD did not exist, and neither did that quality of film. You don't mark an upload down because of the year the content was filmed, smarten up folks. It's a good upload of a movie released in the 70's. I'm giving this 10/10, even though no upload is truly perfect, simply because the score needs to be more accurate taking stupid people into account. Expect to download a movie that is nearly 40 years old and you will get exactly that.
