Absolute top-notch A/V quality here and if you have the hard drive space and bandwidth for this, it's well worth the larger file size. I'm pleased to replace my 720p versions with this. Not a single flaw to be found anywhere.

There's a problem with some of the extras -- In the "Gotham Tonight" extra, the audio gradually goes out of sync as it progresses, toward the end when audio is 3-4 seconds out of sync. I'm not sure how/why this happens and if it's fixable (without re-ripping it again).

You've shown us four random stills from the movie. Not quite sure what exactly you're complaining about...

EDIT:

Ahhh... I get what you're complaining about now -- you're talking about the black bars that are "turning on/off", right?

That's because the movie was filmed with two different types of film -- regular 35mm film, and IMAX film. IMAX cameras use bigger film, so that's what you're seeing when the picture covers the whole screen. However, IMAX cameras are run pretty loud, and so they aren't good for scenes where characters are talking. So in scenes where the black bars "jump" back, that's what was filmed with a regular 35mm Panavision camera.

In other words -- this "jumping" is completely normal and intended. Some people who notice it may think it's a bit distracting, but in reality, we get to see the full, pure beauty of the IMAX-filmed scenes in all their glory!
