Description: Five years after the events of the first part of the game Jackie Estacado has the head of a crime syndicate who is struggling with his ability. Since that time, Jackie has grown to the mafia boss position and got into a full-scale war between gangsters - so his "dark" abilities will be very helpful. A cult called "The Brotherhood", decides to capture her. Jackie confronts them. The protagonist will be in addition to fall into another reality, which is a psychiatric hospital (in which all the characters in the game are represented either by the hospital or by the patients themselves), giving a hint that maybe Jackie paranoid schizophrenic, but freed hero mignon breaks this stereotype.
