The Disappearance of Shirley McGill - Radio Drama

This is an interesting piece, which does not fit precisely into a particular radio drama category. Part allegory, part dark comedy.

Shirley is married to Vernon, though she does not love him, nor he her. She becomes paler until one morning she wakes up to find that she is now invisible. After the initial shock, she decides that she can use her invisibility both to escape her marriage and to do good, turning to her only friend the local butcher. At first all goes well, but then the butcher is charged with Shirley's murder.....
