The Eddie Black Story (2009)

Plot : An urban legend made popular by the streets of every hood is about to make the silver screen. The legend is a gang called the Decepticons who made its niche in American history by terrorizing the streets of New York for more than a decade. Moviegoers have waited eagerly for years to see this story on screen. But, how could one tell a story without seemingly glorifying the brutal violence the vicious teens used to hold their city under siege?
