If you're having problems try updating. If your game is cracked Reloaded has good release up that fixed my crash problems.

I pasted the files to my data folder I just started Skyrim with te launcher, but the game just works but the Dlc Hearthfire does not.....cause I can't build no houses, yet.. Will someone help?

Try not loading any other mods (apart from dawnguard) and restart. Add mods one at a time and find out which one is causing the crashes
