This includes all current DLC+SKSE+CreationKit simply copy the contents to your Skyrim installation folder (doesnt matter if it's Steam install or not (any working copy of Skyrim) overwrite any files and launch using SkyrimLauncher.exe or skse_loader.exe (lots of mods require skse)

You NEED a working copy of Skyrim (I suggest the Razor1911-RELOADED version)
