So i figured this. I installed the high res dlc pack. went to load my game said my game was from a newer version install latest update. So what I did was tinkered for a while. I installed the #11 update, but was missing the skyrim.esm in the launcher. So after 3 or 4 tries I renamed the launcher to an alternate name after installing the high res pack. Installed the #11 update, deleted the launcher and renamed the old one from the High res dlc back to its original name. Walaa latest update still using the new high res skyrim.esm.

i installed the texture pack but i get no voice from the dude at the start who talks to you in the cart.

Thanks for this, too bad Beth couldn't release on PC @ release. These textures have been sitting around waiting since development.
