Thanks for the upload. As other have commented the scan has many pages that are out of focus. This is also not just a recipe book. A large portion of the book is autobiographical in nature with information of his life in the food business. imho if you're not a food aficionado I'd pass on this even if the scan were good.

I agree. The quality of the scan can be checked in the text screenshots. I recommend to download only if you want to check it out badly.

Wow, thanks for this upload! i had this and my drive died. slowly putting my old collection together again. Chef Blumenthal is an important chef and this book is one of the best.
