Sgt.Jack Halcombe (Nicolas Cage) Is Handed The Case And He Believes He Has What It Takes To Bring The Guy Down Where Others Have Failed. Eventually The Sgt Get's A Break When A Teenager Cindy Paulson (Vannessa Hudgens) Plays The Killer At His Own Game. Sgt Jack And Cindy Team p To Take Him Down but As They Seem To Get Closer The More Elusive He Becomes. Well worth Watching. Enjoy !!
