I used the excellent 34 GiG BDMV.iso version -
I mounted it to I:/ extracted the 00007.m2ts file to my HD & encoded to H-265 HEVC BD Quality
& smallest file size of 3.78 Gig MP4 no black borders while keeping the Quality.

I did this to watch on my AOC 2963 29" Monitor it is sized to - 2560x1066
this is to fit my screen & keep task bar veiw.
So it is here to share if anyone wants to watch it :)
