After the untimely death of his brother, the life of ex-special forces soldier, Arsen, changes dramatically.
It becomes clear that those responsible for his brother's death are involved in a ring of corruption
extending to the highest levels of society and government.
Arsen's thirst for revenge is quenched as he begins to hunt down and liquidate those responsible for the murder.
His trail of death is noticed by a secret organization recruiting highly skilled vigilantes and Arsen joins them as a soldier for an invisible front.
As the liquidation continues, the powerful individuals involved become uneasy and hire an international assassin, known as the Silent Killer (Vinnie Jones).
to neutralize him, compromiing Arsens's strength to complete his mission and avenge his brother's death.
