The newer versions of vlc don't play .bin files unless you change the extension of the .cue file to .cuex

To do this make sure you have Hide Extensions For Known File Types UNCHECKED in your Folder Options (Tools/Folder Options/View) otherwise you won't be able to do this. If you have no audio then simply change your audio track.

If you are going to burn this to CD, after watching the .bin with vlc, don't forget to change the .cuex back to .cue or your burning program will not work.
