Not sure it is my error at this time.
It is apparent there is a problem with uploading speed.
However, My Network has significantly more bandwidth than 700kbs.
Why this bittorrent client, I have, will not seem to break that total upload speed is a mystery. By definition this should not be a speed limiting factor.
Could be a port count issue. Not sure yet about that. It is not to clear to me if each torrent requires its own port or each uploader instance uses a port. Gotta get that clarified.
I am determined to find out why this is happening. Maybe an undocumented limitation of the protocol?? I am confused.
I intend to call BitTorrent Inc. this week and talk to tech support. (BTW that is the group that invented and developed the BitTorrent protocol we are using. They are located in San Francisco, a short hop skip and a jump for me. Might even go up to visit them personally.)
As I get the facts about all this, I will gain a much better understanding of this file transfer protocol.
I will let everyone know what I learn.

I just made adjustments to my Bit Torrent Client also.
Keeping an eye on it.
I hope you all notice an improvement in performance for your downloads.

I have heard mention that some of my uploads are slow to seed.
Well I just stopped all torrents that are old and probably have many seeds.
It looks like my new torrents are performing a little better now.

You do not know what you are talking about.
Bit Torrent is a spec for data distribution.
Data only uploads from my machine as requested by the protocol.
FYI.. I am running a P7 on a machine with sdd for temp and processing storage.
My Uplink is broadband with 100mbs up.
Can't believe it is a hardware problem reaching capacity. Prolly a software issue somewhere.
Looking into it.
I have been watching and have noticed that my torrents are not uploading as I would like.
Maybe a problem with the client I am using.
I made some mods to my environment in hoping it would help.
