Description The Michael J. Fox Show is an American television series starring Michael J. Fox. The comedy will air on NBC in the United States starting September 26, 2013, as part of the 2013–14 American television season, airing Thursdays 9:30/8:30c. Despite the show being based around a character named Mike Henry and his family, the show is named after its star Michael J. Fox, who is making his regular return to television for the first time since he was on ABC's Spin City. It is also Fox's second NBC series. He appeared on that network's sitcom Family Ties from 1982 to 1989 as Alex P. Keaton. After being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Mike Henry had to give up his career as a news anchor and focus on his health and his family.
