Do not send Homer to promote the bar.
Do not send Ned to take the boys Snowmobiling.
Do not tap on any of the Gils
If you do any of these the game will just force close.

Stuff I don't see available:
Mapple Store (this building is driving me nuts. I can't seem to get it to show up, but there is no obvious reasons it shouldn't. Unless they actually hard coded this building to not show up, then I would have to find the code.)

Instructions
Valentine's:
There isn't much to say most of the quests seemed to work hearts are easy to get with the Mystery Love Box.

Halloween:
Easiest way to get treats is Wicked Treat Box although you don't always get treats. The Halloween quests can be progressed easily by just opening Wiked Treat Boxes and Building what they tell you and you will get all the buildings from it. You can kill zombies for treats and mayan calendar pieces but do not try to place the mayan calendar pieces.

Christmas:
Santa's Workshop is a good way to get santa coins for the quest and so is Santa's Sack. I think all it does is help with progressing the quests that you can do from the christmas stuff.
