You can check what mods you want to use with TS4 Mod Manager,
a list of used mods should also pop-up when you start the game,
you can consider this an addon with fixes and tweaks

•Install instructions :

•Double Click "The Sims 4 158 Mods.exe"

•Locate The Sims 4 documents directory (should be C:UsersYOURUSERDocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 4)

•Press install

•Wait for install to finish

•Open folder and TS4 Mod Manager.exe to make sure all mods are checked,if not enable them all
