what's the difference between this and the other 100 repacks/cracks spread around?

The difference is that this is already cracked,I wrote a tutorial on how to change the language and how to install it,I have already inserted the language package,and the pixel bug present in pirate copies is resolved.This is the difference.I'm sorry for my bad english (i'm italian).
