Those who have the problem rld.dll failed to initialize:

Disable your anti-virus or exclude the dll & the executables to avoid such problems,

Anti-viruses detect them as virus to fight piracy and encourage legal sources

no. Thats not about antivirus, mate. But its about vcredist and game folder.

You should install both vcredist (even if your PC is x64 or x86)
and install it on ANY program files (x86) folder.

for example (I:/Program files (x86)/The Sims 4
its must be Program files (x86) folder

I domwnloaded but at the end utorrent states Virus and delete the file. What's going on?
