And it's not the first time he's abused his daughter, as RJ has admitted to burning his baby daughter while high on drugs. RJ argues he's a changed man with a new life, and that Samantha is responsible for not only choking their daughter, but also coaching her to turn against him. Steve's not going to let this go unsolved, and he's going to get justice for this child!
