Shonda was arrested and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect. Shonda was accused of intentionally breaking her daughter’s arm. But she insists that she is innocent and that her husband, Joey, refused to regain custody of his kids because he wants to stand by her side. Joey’s brother, Mark tells a completely different story and thinks Shonda is evil and he will never forgive his brother for choosing her over his own children.
