In 1987 a 4 year-old boy named Lattie McGee was tortured and beaten by his mother's boyfriend whom she met at a homeless shelter. The courts found that Lattie's mother didn't do anything to stop it, and that Lattie was the victim of this abuse for 2 1/2 months before he eventually died. Now 20 years later Lattie's mother finally speaks.
