When Russia vows to engage in nuclear warfare with the U.S., chaos erupts in America and everyone goes into a panicked frenzy. Criminals and thugs quickly take advantage of this sudden anarchy, destroying and pillaging everything in sight. Jack Tillman, a Texan who has prepared for nuclear war by stockpiling weapons and provisions, gets ready to battle some of these lowlifes, as he sets out to rescue his son, stranded in a secluded campsite
