When I opened this file with the latest version of VLC the picture was fine but the audio was exceptionally loud static. I tried another program and it loaded alright but had occasional video skips. I tried streaming it to my Roku and it just cut out every 10 to 15 minutes. Not sure what the problem was, but this file was unusable for me.
