You can download them(new episodes 4 and 5) from the game,no need to search for other torrents :)
Episode 4 has not been released yet on mobile version of the walking dead.

Try this who have "NETWORK UNAVAILABLE " problem
 At the walking dead home screen go to help and options button....then once your in there click on manage downloads....and download the episodes :)

Its the problem of telltale servers.It happened to many people, they also got network unavailable although they were connected to Internet.
After you install the walking dead you can download episode 2 and 3,no need of playing episode 1 before downloading other episodes.
