When I start the setup for this expansion, the setup says it installs only the voice-overs for Blood & Wine (around 1.3GB if I remember right). Is this normal ?
I never did install this expansion before (on 1.21).

to install blood and wine u got to have at least patch 1.21. If u wanna install this expansion, just download patch 1.22, no need 1.21
