*I have base GOG game Downloaded a year ago,
*I have Update 1.21, will be downloading 1.22,

(.)Does this download contain all DLCs? (18 DLCs)

if what i'm reading is right from your statement then. base game then download 1.10 then patch 1.22 (no need for patch 1.21 or less). As for the DLC if you have 1.11 version of the dlc(blood and wine (1,21), heart of gold (1.11), and FREE DLC program 16 dlc's (1.11). is you are good to go. IF you don't have and DLC then you need to download this one (16 DLC alone) then the heart of gold DLC (around 4-5gb) then the blood and wine :) and also don;t forget to thank mercs for his uploads :)

if you are on 1.06 version go to mercs213 profile you will see there his post in cs.rn.ru(dunno if it's right just go to mercs profile or search him on TPB). The thing you need to download if you are in 1.06 version is to download the patch 1.10(around 10gb) then download the 1.22 patch (2.7gb) then the heart of stone expansion (5gb) then the blood and wine expansion (forgot the size). thanks at all....but i have already installed the game with all DLC's and Patch 1.21.I just use the Update 1.22??i can't believe that all the guys must download all the DLC's files again.

You don't. The patch updates the DLC to 1.22 as well.
