Not so much a game as a game designer's acid trip. There's no real game-play, just the results of getting stoned out of your mind and dropping acid while high on angel dust and PCP.

Strange, Outlaws who uploaded this provided a custom installer which doesn't actually work, but it's not even needed you just run the Application and it works fine so I'm confused as to why they bothered with the installer.
Anyways, this works!
