Serene McKintyre is a young, aspiring dancer, engaged to a very popular sSenator. She finds herself engrossed in a world full of people who care more about their image than her protection. After tragedy strikes, she finds her world intertwined with Jamie’s and can’t help but wonder if fate brought the two together.

Two people from two totally different walks of life come together when they need each other the most. Will they work through their pain together, or will circumstances keep them apart?
