is this like the TR that is going to be released on ps4 and xbox with enhanced graphix and effects or the only new here is the non game related content like the art books and soundtracks?

Great game.. I LOVE RPG games (games where there is character progression & leveling), and this game has great skills that your character can learn and kick ass with.. I never liked the old Tomb Raider, but this one is great.. *PS* The "game of the year" edition adds a whole bunch of new content (which you normally have to buy through steam as 'add-ons') so in the end, you get the game, plus about $30 of 'add-on content' like new skills & map packs.

I cannot open the Downloadable Content section in the game.

DLC section never works in cracked games, but the DLC's itself work. Plus all the unlocked dlc appear when you first start the game
