TPBOffline browser/search.

TPBOffline is a small Dotnet program to search the Pirate Bay database offline (7.8 million torrents), using a local MS Access database.

Speed is about 20-30 seconds per search, because it's using Access, but doesn't require a full database system installed like MS SQL.

...hmm maybe I'll check the speed of sqlite.
