Works well and I can play it, but everything seems to be laggy except if I put all settings to low. Could this be a game issue? I can run other demanding games no problem.

CPU is good, videocard GPU is shit.
Upgrade to a 7850 minimum or a gtx 660 from nvidia.

Thank You so much I was drooling for this game since I saw the Trials is coming home teaser. Although this game doesn't support multiple GPU yet no profiles by the GPU companies.
