Simply extract the file from the .rar and then you can use it anywhere as long as you keep all the files inside the folder. I'm not sure/care what version this is, but it works... after a fashion. The programing language itself is rubbish for doing anything aside from beeps and flashing lights - but you can make some pretty fancy flashing beeps.
