Go to "C:Program FilesAspyr Media, IncTrue Crime® New York CityDataCBVO" (or where you install the game) and backup all original files, don't delete them because this torrent's total files are 195 but there are more files, so only overwrite these all 195 WMA files at there. other original files unaffected and need for game.

that's it, no more. now play- you 'll hear short(to the point) & changed voice, less disturbing.

Note: I got corrupted/missed files in my installation DVD so, I have upload all voice files who I got.
