Similar or same software has been installed on android boxes and amazon fire sticks, to accomplish the same task this program does on Windows installations.

After the install you will have a TVMC program group on windows that opens the kodi based software. It will ask you to do a few more things at that time to finish the install of the TVMC add on. A few more mouse clicks.
