Screenshot Comparison for those who are worried about the quality because *crf 28.5*

Whoah too many compression artifacts and you overdid the filtering as well, people don't use CRF 28 for a reason mate.

The colors that you have filtered didn't need filtering mate, only a slight denoise and default level debanding was needed I personally would have also sharpened it since the Blurays aren't perfect for this one.

Well I used CRF 28 as 2 of my friends wanted a smaller encode, as for the compression artifacts I did try to reduce them but its a mini-encode so yeah there will be some artifacts.

Filtering: I tweaked the colour as it appeared to be a bit dull and I also sharpened, denoised and debanded the video.

You overdid the color tweaking so the sharpening was a waste since the excess saturation also dissolved quite a bit of the detail. Color is a very sensitive field. I can still see noise too. But beware if in future you increase the strength of the denoiser the results will not be good.

And CRF 28 is too high a value to preserve any detail so the filtering you did manage to do was wasted as well.
