1. Burn ISO on CD/DVD or make bootable pendrive with it (use Google to find how to make bootable pendrive with linux onboard)
2. Boot up PC with CD/DVD/pendrive and run the setup.
3. Follow setup instructions and install Ubuntu on hard drive (be careful with partitioning because you can loose your data!)
4. Reboot PC and run fresh Ubuntu. It should works fine from scratch.
