Episode 08 - The nightclub where Benji beats up the two bouncers is Crystal T's in Brunswick. It has now been converted into a poker club, but it used to be a male strip club.
Episode 05 - Goof (anachronisms): In the scene where Carl Williams is set to assassinate Mark Moran in front of his home, Mark is seen leaving his garage whilst wheeling two bins. The small red bin is for general garbage disposal and the yellow bin is for the recycling of plastic. These bins were not introduced into the Victor
Episode 06 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Benji Veniaman shoots Dino Dibra the slide on the gun is locked open on an empty magazine and yet the gun still "fires".
Episode 04 - Goof (anachronisms): When Dino and Rocco stop at the petrol station, the petrol price can be clearly seen on the pump at 128.9c a litre for Unleaded. In 1999 the average petrol price in Australia was well below .80c a litre.
Episode 11 - Goof (factual errors): After Andrew "Benji" Veniamin get shot by Mick Gatto, in a car out the front of the pub, the camera focuses in on the digital radio dial. It reads 693 for the AM station 3AW. This is set in about 2003 before 3AW changed their frequency. In 2003, their frequency was 1278. It changed
