Unending Galaxy Deluxe Edition v1.2.0.3

This version fixes the 4 most common bugs encountered by our users. As such it should be pretty stable for most, if not all of you. It will still ask for admin rights as a temporary band-aid to work around some issues on badly configured computers. We are working on the few remaining issues.
