Steps:
Open Disk Utility in mac after plugging in your USB drive and create a single partition.
Then select GUID from the options.
Finally select MAC OS JOURNALLED format and then apply and partition.

follow these steps now:
1) Download your Yosemite.dmg (or any os x file) from mac app store.
2) Plugin your USB
3) Open Unibeast 5.1.0 and click continue on all tabs until you see your USB.
4)Select your USB and then finish.
