What you need
-Visual Studio 2013 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40
-NET 4.0 (should already be installed via Windows Update) link below in Option update section
-Directx june 2010 (included in setup no need to download) link below

Instructions
-Open shortcut on desktop or, EngineBinariesWin64UE4Editor.exe
-It will take a min or so to start up so give it time
-After it starts up it will compile the shaders which takes time

Short Version
1. Install
2. Open shortcut
3. let it compile shaders (does it automatically)

Other
This is already compiled and ready to go all you have to do is install it and run shortcut.
"Updates are optional" just fixes some mistakes within the installer
To install the updates just overwrite the setup files and then install

-Fixed Direct X now Installs from setup correctly

-Changed title-bar and welcome screen from unreal engine to unreal engine 4.2
