I am glad I did! :) I believe that people developing software (in general) should get paid for what they do. However there is no harm in trying something before you buy. To be precise, developers will not lose any money because you "tried out" their software, you can't release anything without buying rights to use anyway!

Simply open it with Unreal Engine (preferably 4.9) and you will find a ton of stuff in there for you to use with your game!
