DESCRiPTiON

Reporter Jenny Kleeman and producer Suemay Oram travel to Uganda, where they
investigate hydrocephalus - a build-up of water inside the skull - which affects
250,000 babies a year in Sub-Saharan Africa. They visit the continent's only
paediatric neurosurgery hospital, learning that 90 per cent of infants with the
treatable condition die before their second birthday because of inadequate
medical resources
