[US Punk] Vroom x2 - Things Not To Do (1997) - RancidPunk

Vroom was formed in December of 1995 by John Johnson, Jim Kellaris, Nate Foutz, and Tim Seay. The members all went to school together, with the exception of Tim, for most of their lives.

In September of 1997, Vroom recorded 8 songs for a self released EP entitled "Things Not to Do". This EP was recorded by Kevin 131 in Vienna, VA. The album’s melodic pop-punk style was well received at the time and won the band a following throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the US, but also found fans as far away as the West coast. It was also during this time that original bassist Jim Kellaris left the band to pursue other interests. For shows after Jim left, Jason Garner filled in on bass.
