After countless fake files I've finally found a working full version of USB/BT Joystick Center that doesn't crash every few minutes and doesn't check if it's legal when connected to internet.
Tested on Xperia M2 Aqua, works in My Boy! emulator and DraStic DS Emulator, probably in other apps too. My phone supports the Logitech and X-box controllers I have, but not the 3rd party SNES controller.
